Algorithmic stone geometry

We generate spatial artifacts through mathematical code, binding basalt sediment and calcified mineral matrix into solid monolithic homeware.

Forms originate in custom mathematical models where curvature, wall thickness, and weight distribution resolve simultaneously through programmatic code.

Fine mineral basalt aggregate is deposited in sub-millimeter layers, bonded incrementally with liquid silica to construct dense composite geometry.

Cured artifacts undergo wet rotary diamond abrasion to reveal mineral stratification before natural matte sealant preserves the raw tactile plane.

Material philosophy

Permanence through computation

Traditional stone carving subtracts mass from exterior boundaries, while additive mineral synthesis constructs internal structural density layer by layer. This shift allows impossible overhangs and hollow acoustic chambers that maintain the structural mass of solid basalt.

Every piece balances computational rigidity against tactile warmth. Subtle aggregate variations in our calcified mineral blends produce discrete textural gradients across each plane, ensuring no two geometric vessels catch gallery lighting in identical patterns.

Numbered studio editions

Each piece is hand-sealed and numbered individually at our Brooklyn studio, packaged in custom architectural foam for transit.
